BARRY SCHREIBER, J.D.

Biography

Barry Schreiber is a Managing Director and Registered Representative of Mentor Securities, LLC. His most recent focus on entertainment advisory and transactions includes film, production companies, television and New Media. In addition, his legal and financial expertise has been applied to numerous international transactions.

Mr. Schreiber has focused on start up and emerging companies in the hi-tech and health sciences field. From “angel” financing to first round and beyond, he was successful in taking numerous Israeli hi-tech and bio-tech companies “out of the garage” to success. At times, Mr. Schreiber served as interim CEO or COO of some of the funded companies, assuring a seamless transition to more permanent management and ultimate profitability.

Prior to joining Mentor Securities, Mr. Schreiber held a variety of management roles in law and investment banking. He also served as a political lobbyist. He is a licensed attorney and a member of the Florida and Israel Bars.
