Biography

Todd Wohl is Managing Director of Auction and Appraisal Services for The Mentor Group. He is a specialist in Oral Outcry auctions, as well as the appraisal of real estate, equipment and inventory. He has sold machinery and equipment in many industries, such as computer, healthcare, automobile, food processing and packaging, printing, retail and numerous others. Also, he has auctioned residential, retail, commercial, and industrial real property.

Mr. Wohl is a certified Senior Appraiser and is proficient in the appraisal of personal property and real estate. Among the facilities/industries valued by Mr. Wohl are machine shops; plastics; automobile/trucks; construction equipment, aircraft, rubber, and chemical manufacturing; computer and networking equipment; printing and lithography; video production and editing facilities; die casting; pharmaceuticals; textile; woodworking; laboratories and hospitals; foodservice facilities; food manufacturing – processing – packaging facilities; and retail store equipment.

In addition, Mr. Wohl has provided expert witness testimony in numerous state and federal courts regarding market, residual, and liquidation values for clients such as GE Capital, McDonald’s, Nissan Motors, Ford Motor and Primus Financial.

Prior to joining The Mentor Group, Mr. Wohl worked for two appraisal firms, performing real estate and equipment appraisals, as well as auctions.
