Justin Blaine is a Senior Managing Director of Mentor Securities LLC and The Mentor Group Inc. His experience includes performing business and IP valuations. These valuations have ranged from medical service firms to car dealerships….from Internet advertisers to construction companies…and from consumer goods to aerospace, and many more.
He has provided investment banking advisory for business and asset selling and buying and all forms of capital raising-debt, mezzanine and equity. Mr. Blaine has been involved with transactions for growth, asset spinoff, merger, acquisition, recapitalization, bridge financing, and restructuring. Among the industries served by Mr. Blaine are healthcare practices and devices; industrial measurement, sensors, controls and certifications; telecom and technology software; transportation; consumer goods; furniture and home goods; internet media and advertising; and real estate and retailers. His expertise has also been applied to sports and entertainment clients.
He joined The Mentor Group and Mentor Securities after professional baseball. Prior to that, he worked as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley, where he earned his securities licenses. Prior to his first start at the Mentor Group, he played professional baseball in the Philadelphia Phillies organization. He was a sixth round draft choice from the University of San Diego.
