George H. Ruth
About
Mr. Ruth is a senior real estate appraiser with The Mentor Group, Inc. A certified general appraiser in California, the experience of Mr. Ruth spans nearly every type of real property: commercial, industrial, multi-family, vacant land, and special purpose facilities. In addition, he has testified as an expert witness.
The purpose of engagements completed by Mr. Ruth include the following: condemnation, litigation, sale or purchase, settlement, feasibility and development, bankruptcy, special use property, portfolio analysis, tax review – federal, state, and assessor, estate tax, mediation, etc. Mr. Ruth is particularly adept at using computer applications to manage and analyze multiple property portfolios.
Mr. Ruth is an independent fee appraiser with The Mentor Group, Inc. Other employment was with RYMAR Appraisal Services, Academy Appraisal and G&H Technology.
